The selection process
Our process is designed to identify talent and potential above all else. If your profile passes our initial screening, we’ll ask you to complete a challenge that mirrors the kind of problems we solve at Fortex. If successful, you’ll then meet the team in a series of interviews to ensure a strong mutual fit.
